We do not work as headhunters or recruiters. When you work with a career consultant\/coach, you are the client. The focus is on preparing you to access job opportunities at any company. As the client, you are the one who pays for the services provided. For a recruiter, the hiring company is the client. The recruiter is paid by the employer to find the ideal candidate for a specific role. In other words, the recruiter will not find a job for you \u2014 they work on behalf of the employer, and their job is to find the best match for the open position. If you are that candidate, great!
