Can you get a job offer for me?

No one but you can get a job for yourself. We do not guarantee employment under any circumstances. Our role is to inform, guide, and coach you to maximize your chances of success. Our services are designed to help you generate up to 10x more interviews, convert interviews into job offers through intensive preparation, and maximize your earnings with support during salary negotiations.

Do you also work as headhunters? What’s the difference between a Career Consultant and a Recruiter/Headhunter?

We do not work as headhunters or recruiters. When you work with a career consultant/coach, you are the client. The focus is on preparing you to access job opportunities at any company. As the client, you are the one who pays for the services provided. For a recruiter, the hiring company is the client. The recruiter is paid by the employer to find the ideal candidate for a specific role. In other words, the recruiter will not find a job for you — they work on behalf of the employer, and their job is to find the best match for the open position. If you are that candidate, great! If not, there’s nothing else the recruiter can do for you.

Do you connect clients with employers?

Our program focuses on preparing candidates to succeed in selection processes with any company. In Canada and the U.S., no career consultant acts as an intermediary between candidates and employers — that’s the role of a recruiter. However, by working individually with each client, we make our network of connections available to them, supporting their networking efforts. We also foster connections among our entire client base through our weekly group mentoring sessions.

Is there a payment plan available?

Is this the right program if I want to change careers?

If you already have a target field in mind, the program will help you set specific goals, such as the best job title within that field, the type of company, and industry. However, if you want to completely change fields and don’t know which path to follow, exploratory career coaching may be necessary before starting the career transition program. To find out if this applies to you, contact us so we can develop a customized solution for your case.

Is the full consulting program conducted by Luciana?

Career Wizards has a dedicated support team behind the scenes. This team includes career consultants trained by Luciana who assist in delivering the program. However, Luciana closely oversees all services. Depending on our internal availability, you may be supported by any coach on our team. We follow a structured process and a unique methodology. Regardless of who will be responsible for your sessions, we adhere to the same protocols and are fully focused on the quality of our services.
