About Career Wizards

Since 2019, we have worked with more than 1,500 professionals who needed clarity on their next career move, from people who immigrated and ended up stuck in a survival job to experienced professionals aiming for roles above $100K. From that reading, we define a realistic direction, build your positioning and professional narrative, translate your experience for the local market, and prepare every stage of the search: resume, LinkedIn, networking, interviews, and negotiation. The methodology is organized in four movements, clarity, positioning, market access, and conversion, and unfolds into three programs: Career Blueprint™, Career Rebuild™, and Career $100K+™.

We also work on the dimension that most often stalls decisions and execution: professional identity. Immigration, years away from your field, or a transition that did not go as planned change how you see yourself professionally, and that has to be rebuilt rather than hidden.

Career Wizards is led by Luciana Vieira, M.A., the company's CEO, who combines psychology applied to careers, in-depth analysis of professional history, and practical knowledge of the North American job market. Every plan is built individually around your reality, and no strategy is copied from someone else.
