Luciana já auxiliou mais de 400 empresas nos Estados Unidos e Canadá a avaliar mais de 3.000 candidatos para fins de seleção. Como consultora de carreira, já acumulou mais de 10.000 horas em atendimento à imigrantes. Luciana é graduada em Psicologia pela University of Minnesota, e Mestre em Counselling pela Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, nos EUA.
She is a Canadian citizen, was nominated for the Outstanding Career Professional award by Career Professionals of Canada (2024) — the National professional association of which she is a member — and received the Business Impact award from Embravan (2024). Luciana is also a member of the American Counseling Association and the NCDA – National Career Development Association.
In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis and competing in local tournaments.

Ariane is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) in Canada with extensive experience in Recruitment and Career Coaching. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Law, an MBA, an HR Certificate, and a diploma in Human Resources from Fanshawe College in Ontario.
She provides personalized career guidance to our clients and is an exceptional résumé writer.
In her free time, she enjoys watching TV shows, sports, and playing with her son.

Alana holds a degree in Graphic Design and a postgraduate specialization in Interaction Design from PUC Minas. With 7 years of experience in the field, she focuses on branding and visual storytelling. She is responsible for creating visually engaging and strategic content that helps our audience apply what they learn and achieve their professional goals.
In her free time, she balances Netflix marathons with time at the gym.
